Sons of Anarchy season 7 will feature the return of legendary Robert Patrick as well as some other characters.

Sutter also said that Emilio Rivera (Marcus Alvarez) and Billy Brown (August Marks) will be back on the show for the last season.
These casting announcements follows the previous one that Nicotera (Ratboy Skogstram) and David Labrava (Happy) were promoted to series regulars.
With Drea de Matteo becoming a series regular as well, Sutter said that the opening credits will change up at least a little bit.
Sutter also revealed that several characters aren’t cast yet.
As for as filming and episode updates, he said that they just turned in the premiere episode and script, and he’s “digging into” the draft of episode two. Episode 3 is underway and episode 4 is going to get broken soon.
“We'll start shooting end of May, and get into it,” he said.
Sutter also said that he’s begun looking for a home base for his next show with FX.
