The Trail of Shaun the Sheep

With The Paddington Trail happening from December 10, 2014 to January 7, 2015; here is another event following its footsteps. From the Wallace and Gromit series, 100 statues of the character Shaun the Sheep will take the trail to coincide with the release of Shaun the Sheep the Movie, later in March. And with the Chinese Year also falling around the same time, there is an added bonus to visit. Consider staying at hotels in Paddington like The Paddington Hotel London to be closer to the events.

First Look at the New Victoria and Albert Museum’s Galleries

The V&A is all set to open its wing of old Europe’s galleries, which consists of breathtaking pieces of fine art dating back to the period between 1600 and 1800. There is also an Indian spread lined up with special events to celebrate the silver jubilee year of the Museum’s Nehru Gallery of Indian art.

In line with America’s Grammy Week, a series of musical events and programs will take the stage all over the city to commemorate the Brit Awards on February 25, 2015. Play Rough for the Rugby World Cup

Cheer England as it attempts to win the Webb Ellis Cup at its home turf. The six week line-up of the game will be played at Wembley Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Stadium and Twickenham, to name a few of the 10 other British venues. Gear up for Formula E with Hockey Sticks

London ePrix hits the streets in June, showing the world-favorite motorsport in all its glory. Watch out for the best racers in the FIA Formula E Championship, powered by electric cars. Eurohockey Championships 2015 also arrives at London plays host at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, to see the eight best male and female teams in Europe battle it out.
