Sandra Bullock has been named Most Desirable Celebrity Neighbor for 2011 in online real estate marketplace Zillow’s fourth annual survey.

The actress topped the poll leading with 26 percent, way ahead of Sarah Palin who came in second at 10 percent. Bullock’s popularity was higher among female voters (30 percent) compared to males (22 percent), according to Zillow.

Bullock, 46, was recently named Woman of the Year by People magazine in its final issue of 2010, and she was featured in the “People Who Mattered“ section of TIME magazine.

Bullock’s role in The Blind Side last year as real-life mother Leigh Anne Tuohy won her a Golden Globe and an Academy Award for Best Actress, plus a Screen Actors Guild Award.

In January, she became a mother herself, when she began the adoption process for a baby boy from New Orleans, who she named Louis Bardo.

Having recently been in hiding from the public spotlight, Bullock reappeared in June at the MTV Movie Awards to accept the Generation Award.

“No matter what you might have seen or heard or read lately, I love what I do,” she said, according to MTV. “And I’m not going anywhere.”

Bullock will be starring in Kiss & Tango, to be released in 2011. Her movies set for release in 2012 include Most Wanted, and Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close.
