Sanders Wins North Dakota, Biden Takes Most States in Latest Primaries

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) won the North Dakota Democratic caucuses, with 100 percent of results in early Wednesday, but former Vice President Joe Biden won most states in the latest string of primaries.

Sanders earned 7,682 votes in the North Dakota caucuses, beating Biden by nearly 2,000 votes.
