Rules Changes in Tennis Benefit Youth
The United States Tennis Association (USTA) continued its push to make the game of tennis more accessible and fun to youth on Monday, announcing starting January 1, all 10 and Under Tennis tournaments must follow the guidelines set during the summer of 2010.
