Rob Kardashian sued: He allegedly assaulted a photographer and stole her camera equipment.
The photographer, Andra Viak, filed a robbery report last month, according to TMZ, after Kardashian allegedly stole her camera’s memory card after she tried to take pictures of him shirtless at the gym.
A lawyer for Viak told TMZ that she was suing Kardashian because his “violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Viak was completely unjustified.” It’s unclear who Viak works for.
Kardashian said that he was changing inside the parking garage of the gym, which is closed to the public--members need a code to get inside--when Viak started taking pictures of him.
Kardashian, 26, is best known for appearing on the reality television shows that features his family.
