Raw Video: Washington State Bridge Collapse
A collapsed section of the Interstate 5 bridge over the Skagit River is seen in an aerial view on May 24, 2013. Part of the bridge collapsed Thursday evening, sending cars and people into the water when an oversized truck hit the span, the Washington State Patrol chief said. The collapse points to a declining infrastructure across the nation, and points to the need for re-investment, according to U.S. Rep. Jim McDermott (D-WA). Mike Siegel/The Seattle Times via AP
