Rachel Ray Sued: An obese teen agreed to be part of a segment that helps overweight teens lose weight, but it all went wrong, she says in her lawsuit.

Christina Pagliarolo, who weighs 260 lbs, agreed to be part of a segment of Rachel Ray’s show that helps overweight teens lose weight.

She says in her lawsuit that the trainer made her run like Forrest Gump, screamed at her, and made her hike in the mountains, according to TMZ.

The height of the negative experience came from when she was on a StairMaster. The male trainer kept making it go faster until Pagliarolo fell off—then the trainer yelled at her for falling off.
The teen is suing for negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

A representative for the “Rachel Ray Show” told TMZ that they haven’t received the “purported lawsuit.”

“If it does materialize we will defend ourselves against it vigorously and fully expect to prevail,” the representative said.

Another person filed a lawsuit in 2008. An accountant for the show sued for $1 million, claiming he was forced out of his job due to his eating disorder.
