KAOHSIUNG, Taiwan—President of the International Association for Volunteer Effort in Taiwan, Ms. Hsu Hui-Mei, watched Shen Yun’s performance in Kaohsiung on Feb. 28. She was very happy after seeing the performance, saying, “Life is short and I have no regrets after watching the performance of Shen Yun.”
Ms. Hsu was very impressed with Shen Yun’s outstanding and superb presentation. “Many of our fellow volunteers came here today. Being able to see such an exquisite performance is a great blessing for us in southern Taiwan.”
“We were stunned to see that things on the backdrop were so incredibly vivid and real, truly amazing!” Ms. Hsu said. “The most remarkable thing I noticed was the motivation of compassion from all the artists.”
Attending with Ms. Hsu was Ms. Lai Man-Chi, Executive Director of the Association. Ms. Lai was mesmerized the moment the curtain was raised. “The stereo effect from the backdrop projection was breathtaking with the appearance of Gods and Buddhas. After that were stories evolved one after another presenting the divine culture. The live orchestra did a fantastic and superb job!”
