Port Jervis to Hold 24th Annual Fall Foliage Festival Sept. 25

Port Jervis’s Fall Foliage Festival is coming back Sept. 25 for it’s 24th year in downtown Port Jervis.

The festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. rain or shine, and will include kids activities like a petting zoo, pony rides, and the Roaming Railroad.

There will also be a classic car show, a scarecrow contest, food vendors, and live music.

First, second, and third place ribbons will be awarded in the scarecrow contest in the categories of youth, business/club, and adult. The first place winners in those categories will also receive a prize. Entry to the contest is free and applications can be found at portjervisny.com
