The Port Jervis Free Library is asking people to fill out their Community Assessment Survey, which is required by libraries every five years to see how they are doing at meeting the needs of the community.

The survey is available through the library’s website portjervislibrary.org or through Survey Monkey at surveymonkey.com/r/ZRQM2JF.  Paper copies are also available inside the library at the main circulation desk, in the children’s room, and in the Hub computer center. Paper copies should be returned directly to the library, 138 Pike Street in Port Jervis.

Responses to the survey are confidential. The library requests that each person fill out only one survey.
