A frantic father in Ohio called 911 saying a man had tried to kidnap his daughter from their home.
Police rushed to the Elyria residence, only to find a ladder outside the 10-year-old girl’s bedroom window.
The girl told officers she woke up to find the man pulling on her legs. He told her if she cooperated, he wouldn’t hurt her or her family, reported NewsNet.
But she broke free from his grasp and ran to her father’s room.
The suspect fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 30s with brown eyes, reported WOIO. He was wearing a black-hooded sweatshirt tied tightly around his face.
A man with a similar description exposed himself to two girls at a local school.
