The rivalry between the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers has bubbled over the shooting of the silverback gorilla at the Cincinnati Zoo. The animal’s death has caused a national outcry. 

But the sorrow wasn’t universal. 

“The gorilla was from Cincinnati. I didn’t drop one tear. He in a better place now,” Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Vince Williams wrote in a now-deleted post on social media.
