NEW WINDSOR—The New York Air Show brought crowds to New Windsor for the second time in recent history at Stewart International Airport. People sat back in lawn chairs behind crowded steel barriers to see planes perform stunts and showcase their speed and agility. Members of the United States Air Force walked the show grounds alongside spectators and among a ground display of military and civilian aircraft. People used plane wings as shields from the sun as they looked towards the main show area. The food and merchandise vendors gave people more than just photographs to take home.
