Pfizer and Others Say Alabama Supreme Court Sets Dangerous Precedent
The Alabama Supreme Court ruled that a brand-name drug company should take some heat for harm caused by a generic equivalent, but drug makers insist that the ruling goes too far and are urging the court to reconsider.
