Our Second Life, a “YouTube supergroup” also known as O2L, has broken up, the group has revealed on Monday. The remaining members of the group, Ricky Dillon, Jc Caylen, Kian Lawley, Sam Pottorff and Trevor Moran, made the announcement via YouTube.

The mostly teenage fans of the group were tweeting about the breakup, expressing their dismay.

“Thank you for watching and understanding, your support means so much to us. This isn’t goodbye, just goodbye on this channel. We will all see you very soon,” said the group on YouTube.

According to NewMediaRockstars.com, the members of the group which includes Ricky Dillon, Jc Caylen, Kian Lawley, Sam Pottorff and Trevor Moran said they’re closing down the channel.

The members will remain on YouTube and will focus on their own channels rather than the collective O2L one.

“We just feel like lately it’s not been at our highest, and we all agree that whenever we do certain work we want it to be our actual best. And we feel like lately this has not been our best. We don’t want to keep doing something that can’t be our best,” said Dillon.

“All of us are doing our own individual thing right now, and we are getting so busy with everything getting caught up,” added JC Caylen. “And so we don’t want to put in half the effort into one thing while we’re doing half the effort with another thing.”

The group has been together for more than two years.
