“I still feel like I’m Miss Florida USA because I was crowned Miss Florida USA that night,” Davila told Miami NBC 6. “Even though all these false accusations and allegations and rumors have been wandering all over social media, I know that I have proof to show the world that none of this is true.”
But, the decision is final and runner-up Miss Sunny Isles Beach USA Linette De Los Santos is the new Miss Florida USA 2017.
“I’m just excited to have this opportunity,” De Los Santos said. “I didn’t think it was going to happen, especially like this.”
