Minecraft apparently does not impress rapper 50 Cent, who talked about the game briefly with The Verge in an interview at the CES in Las Vegas.
“Minecraft thing? I don’t know what’s going on with that,” he said. “It looks like they didn’t finish making it.”
“I really got put on to it,” he said, adding that he’s never played.
However, it doesn’t look like Minecraft is going away anytime soon.
The PlayStation 3 version of the game was made available in mid-December, but it became the top-selling PS3 download for the network.
“Call of Duty: Ghosts and Battlefield 4 ruled PS4, both with and without counting the digital upgrade program. Minecraft blasted immediately to the top of the PS3 charts, the premiere of The Walking Dead’s second season had an especially strong debut, and Terraria and Tearaway continue to stimulate the minds of PS Vita creators,” a blog from Sony last week reads.
According to The Verge, 50 Cent has been going to CES for the past four years.
