Mariah Carey, 45, who has a net worth of 520 million, refuses to pay for her dying sister’s medical bills, according to their eldest brother.
Alison, 54, who is HIV-positive, needs brain and spinal surgery, Morgan Carey, 51, disclosed in a recent interview with the British tabloid, The Sun.
“She probably spends more on dog food than it would cost to make sure her sister gets properly cared for,” he said.
He also claims the “Shake it off” singer never once visited her sister when she was hospitalized last year.
“I flew in [to] Hawaii last year (from Italy, where he lives) when Alison was taken off a ventilator, believing she was going to die,” Morgan told The Sun. (Alison) has desperately reached out to Mariah over and over again.”
According to the New York Daily News, he hasn’t met Mariah’s 4-year-old twins Morrocan and Monroe or spoken to the pop singer in two years.
It could be because he thinks Mariah is “heartless and self-obsessed” for not reaching out to him when he and his wife lost their baby.
“I told Mariah my wife had miscarried and she never even responded to that email either.
“But that’s typical, because the world has to revolve around Mariah and there is no room in the world apart from her.”
Their sister Alison, according to The Sun, is a former prostitute from the New York City area.
“Your sister is dying and she is struggling and where are you? You think you are so fabulous, but you are a witch,” Morgan said.
He went on and asked, “Why isn’t our millionaire sister and her billionaire fiancé helping out?”
“I don’t even think Mariah is in love with James [Packer], she’s only in love with herself. It’s her ($5 million) engagement ring she is in love with.”
“I’m just happy to live in Italy away from it all,” he said.
