Lucy Clode says she got into a texting conversation with star actor James Franco and that he tried to woo her into a hotel room.
She said that the pair met earlier in the week when he was signing autographs outside his current play, “Of Mice and Men.”
She captured Franco on a video she posted but later took down on Instagram.
Franco told her to tag him in it and the situation started.
Some direct messages turned into text messages after Franco asked for her number.
Franco asked her is she had a boyfriend, to which she replied: “Not if you’re around.”

He also asked her age, to which she said “nearly 18.”
“When is your bday,” he added. “In May,” she said.
He later asked if he could see her and she said “As long as you are James Franco.”
“I am,” he said. “You’re single? What’s the hotel? Should I rent a room?”
He sent her two different photos of himself. “It’s me. Yes or no?” he said.

Clode, a Scottish girl who flew to New York City, may actually have a boyfriend. On photos she posted to Twitter, she’s pictured with a boy who she seems to be romantically involved with.
Her Twitter is locked but several photos are public.

She revealed in a post that: “Rejecting James Franco has to be the hardest thing I’ve ever done.”
After Clode published the messages between her and Franco, someone accused him: “Why are you thirsty for underage ones?”
“I'M NOT!” he said on Twitter. “I HOPE PARENTS KEEP THEIR TEENS AWAY FROM ME. Thank you.”
