There’s something so beautiful about antique and vintage finds. Whether it’s genuine or faux, the distressed look brings a great rustic and nostalgic feel to any decor.

There are a couple of different ways to get the look - you can buy products that are intentionally distressed, or with wooden furniture, you can distress items yourself by painting and then going over corners and edges with sandpaper. Try mixing and matching distressed pieces with sleek modern ones for a great contrast!
