New York-based gourmet food and juice brand LOLO opened earlier this month at Chelsea Market, offering an apothecary-style mixology bar. Let’s be real, you can’t deny the genius of introducing the art of mixology to juice.
Mixologists can whip up custom juice blends based on your wildest dreams—your signature green juice, hangover cures, flu-remedies, you name it. Choose from 16 different types of juices and mix with boosters. Juices will be mixed in beakers and served in mason jars.
While LOLO specializes in cold-pressed juices, there will also be smoothies, grab-and-go salads, savories, and sugar-free desserts.
