Kendra Wilkinson at hospital: Kendra Wilkinson was released from Providence Tarzana Medical Center after being admitted following a car accident early Sunday.

Reality television personality Kendra Wilkinson, 27, was in a car accident in the Tarzana neighborhood of Los Angeles on Sunday, and went to Tarzana Medical Center after, reports Us Weekly.

A source told Us Weekly that Wilkinson was “in shock” and “really sore,” but not seriously injured. No other details have been reported yet.

Wilkinson, known for her roles on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, The Girls Next Door, and E!, recently quit Splash. She climbed a 23-foot platform to perform a high-dive on the show, but backed down.

“One thing I don’t do is quit. This is the first time in my life I’ve quit something. This will haunt me for the rest of my life,” Wilkinson said on the program after she could not make the dive, according to People magazine.

She explained to E! that she has a fear of heights: “I start spinning, I start wanting to throw up, I’m shaking, my fingers wiggle.”
Splash’s Nicole Eggert was hurt on a dive last week and visited a doctor afterward.
