The Boards have accepted the resignation letters from Mr. John Zhong Tang, CEO and member of the boards, and relieved him of all the duties associated with The Epoch Times, New Tang Dynasty Television, and their subsidiaries, effective immediately on June 7, 2024.
Meanwhile, the Boards have decided to form a transitional management team to manage and handle all affairs and operations related to the above companies, effective immediately June 7, 2024. The Boards have appointed Wanqing Huang (William Huang), Xueke Wang (Kirk Wang), and Dan Cheng (Dana Cheng) to be members of this transitional management team until a new CEO is appointed.
