Johnny Depp, amid allegations that he abused estranged wife Amber Heard, made his first appearance and statement on-camera since the the claims emerged more than a week ago.

Depp, 52, hasn’t said a word about the allegations. His lawyer has contended Heard’s claims in court, saying she is trying to get the upper hand in their divorce.

“Hi, I’m Johnny Depp of the Hollywood Vampires,” he says in a video posted by his promoter Phoenix Entertainment. “And I want to let you know that we'll be playing Monday, June 6, at the Romexpo Arena. That’s in Bucharest and we hope to see you there because it will be fun. Have fun.”

In the clip, he is wearing a leather jacket and holding a guitar.

It’s unclear when the video was posted.

Depp and bandmates Alice Cooper and Joe Perry have been in Europe for the past several weeks. Depp, meanwhile, has been out partying with friends throughout the tour, E! Online reported.

A few days ago, Heard filed a lawsuit against Doug Stanhope, a comedian who claims to be friends with Depp. Stanhope penned a blistering opinion piece for TheWrap, saying Heard is lying about the abuse claims.

Heard’s lawyers filed the complaint in the Arizona Superior Court. “Stanhope is a close friend of Johnny Depp and, as part of a coordinated effort, wrote a highly defamatory article about Ms. Heard, filled with completely false, highly defamatory and very hurtful statements,” it reads, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
