Singer Jennifer Lopez has released a new song to the Web called, “Fresh Out of the Oven.” The vocals are clearly Lopez, but the song credits an alias, Lola. An online campaign of sorts accompanies the track with a Web site, whoislola.com, and a Twitter account. The song, which also features rapper Pitbull, reportedly will not be part of her upcoming studio album.

Musician Alicia Keys has launched a new business—AK Worldwide—that will handle her many creative projects. According to AP, Keys is involved in a new jewelry line that features pieces with inspirational messages on them and a Web site that celebrates accomplished women, among other things.The singer is also releasing a new studio album, “The Element of Freedom,” on December 1.
Madonna Accepts Damages From British Newspaper
Singer Madonna has reportedly accepted substantial damages from Associated Newspapers, concluding a lawsuit the star brought against the publisher for printing stolen photos of her wedding in The Mail. Her lawyer explained in court that Madonna plans to donate the money to her Raising Malawi charity, according to AP.
Elizabeth Taylor Tweets About Heart Surgery
Actress Elizabeth Taylor took to Twitter this week to announce, “before it gets in the papers,” she’ll undergo a procedure on her heart. “It’s very new and involves repairing my leaky valve using a clip device, without open heart surgery, so that my heart will function better,” she said on Tuesday. She went on to ask for prayers. The living legend is 77 years old.
Michael Vick Lands Reality Show
Disgraced football star Michael Vick will star in an upcoming reality show on BET, tentatively called “The Michael Vick Project.” The eight-part television series will document his return to football as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, after completing his 18-month prison term for dog fighting.
