Sweden is one of those places that are well known for their progressive policies, as well as their fridged temperatures. In fact, the winter there can get as low as -22 degress F on average, which can make it a potentially dangerous place to live for most of us in the US, who are used to far more comfortable temperatures.
In these areas, taking a bath in low temperatures is actually quite common. But what many people do not know is that taking a low temperature bath can actually have a fair amount of benefits. So let’s look at a couple of those benefits.
