Ingredients:
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 medium apples, peeled and coarsely grated
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Butter for frying (or vegetable oil)
- Confectioner’s sugar for topping
Method:
1. Start by adding all- purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder to a bowl. Whisk all these ingredients slowly.
2. In another bowl add 1-1/2 cups of milk, 2 large eggs, and 1 tsp of vanilla, and whisk it.
3. Combine both these mixtures and gently stir it.
4. Next, pell the apples and grate it.
5. Add peeled apples to the batter and continue stirring.
6. Heat some butter in a skillet over medium heat. Drop the apple pancake batter into the pan and flatten it.
7. Keep flipping and cook until it is golden brown underneath.
8. Top it with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
