To allow people to escape the concrete boxes of modern city life, Kazakh architect Aibek Almassov brings nature as close to you as a home can make possible.

His tubular, glass house has four floors built around a full-grown tree. And it gets even better. The glass offers a 360-degree view of the surroundings of nature.

“The main purpose of this project is to offer an alternative to the bustle of city life,” Almasov from A Masow Architects told Dezeen.com. “We wanted to combine the capabilities of modern industrial design and the natural wealth and beauty.”

The glass walls reveals spiral staircase running around the tree,  as well as bathroom with a similar glass style shower.

“Climbing the stairs [in this] unusual house can be compared with the stages of spiritual purification, enlightenment, harmonising with the environment,” Almassov told Dezeen.com.

The studio is already dealing with investors, so we should soon be able to see this unusual house become a reality.
