A heart-warming video has gone viral online showing the touching moments when a man gives a series of homeless people gifts and money.
The first clip on the video shows the man, whose name is Karim, approach a homeless man called Dave and give him a parcel. He explains that he was given the parcel by, “Someone over there,” and points off screen. He goes on to say that it must be, “From a friend of yours or something.”
We watch as Dave eagerly opens the box to reveal a thick grey hooded sweater which he holds in his hands gratefully.
The surprises for Dave don’t end there though as Karim compliments Dave on his ‘smile face’ before retrieving a wad of money from his pocket and handing it over to the stunned homeless man.
The video then shows a clip of Karim approaching a pair of homeless men sitting on the side of a sidewalk. He gives the two men what look like Amazon parcels which they open eagerly to reveal two more hooded sweaters and at the bottom of the box a wad of money. In a surprising twist, one of the homeless men tries to give Karim some of the money back but Karim explains that the money is for them. The clip ends with Karim and one of the homeless men hugging.
The final clip of the video shows the highly emotional moment Karim hands a wad of cash to a clearly upset homeless man. Clearly stunned but at the same time immensely grateful at Karim’s kind gesture, the man says that “God must have sent you to me,” before he and Karim also hug.
