Google has made a first-of-its-kind deal with Paramount Pictures for the upcoming blockbuster “Interstellar.” The collaboration will provide users with immersive movie experiences, exclusive content, and additional details on how to see the film and where to purchase tickets across different Google platforms like Google+, Google Play, and YouTube.

The “Interstellar Space Hub” will feature “a Space Hunt content discovery feature and a movie ticket purchasing function, as well as links to a  Solar System Builder app available via Google Play,” read the release.

Movie goers will also be able to submit feedback through the Hub directly to Paramount.

“Having the power of Google behind our efforts to inform the audience and enhance their experience of ‘Interstellar’” said the film’s producer Emma Thomas.

Google for Education will also develop movie-themed lesson plans to submit into classrooms nationwide about the math and science that was used as inspiration for the film. The plans will be rolled our mid-October.

The two will also create a Time Capsule that collects user-generated content into a short film about human experience on Earth. The film will be available early next year. Google+ has also scheduled a Hangout on Air with the cast of the film.

“Interstellar” is a sic-fi adventure about a team of explorers who undertake the most important mission in human history: traveling beyond our galaxy to discover whether mankind has a future elsewhere. The movie stars Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Bill Irwin, Ellen Burstyn, John Lithgow, and Michael Caine.

“Interstellar” opens nationwide on November 7, 2014.
