Charles Ramsey, the man who helped save three women who were allegedly held by Cleveland kidnapping suspect Ariel Castro, will get free burgers for life.

Ramsey gave a description of helping rescuing Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus, and Michelle Knight earlier this month, which was recorded and went viral on YouTube.

Local restaurants have agreed to offer a free burger to Ramsey for the rest of his life, reported the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

Scott Kuhn of Driftwood Restaurant Group told the Plain Dealer: “We want to honor our local hero with local food. He stopped his meal midway through to help those women. We’re now making sure he has other opportunities to go out and fully enjoy his burger.” He added, “I’m sure some places will give him more -- maybe add fries and a soft drink -- but that will be up to them.”

In the viral video, Ramsey said he was eating a Big Mac to help aid Berry.

“I’m eating my McDonald’s, I come outside, I see this girl going nuts trying to get out of her house. So I go on the porch and she says, ‘Help me get out, I’ve been here a long time,'” he said in the video.

According to the Huffington Post, Hodge’s Cleveland created its own Ramsey Burger to honor him.

“Tomorrow: We launch the #RamseyBurger! 8 oz. CAB burger with secret sauce and more for $12 (served with tots)!” the restaurant tweeted.
