Authorities in northeast China’s Dalian City placed many communities under closed-off management in response to a new surge of the CCP virus. By Aug. 4, residents in these communities had been locked inside for more than ten days. They are facing food shortages and have great difficulty buying food.
According to a local resident Mr. Chen, in the past ten days, many residents tried various ways to protest. Some attacked the community security guards and smashed the community management office.
