Floyd Mayweather Buys $7.7M Miami Mansion With Cash

Floyd Mayweather Jr. continues to live up to his moniker “Money Mayweather,” as he just purchased a $7.7 million dollar Miami home—in cash.

The 5,200 sq. ft home boasts an open floor layout with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The modern styled property includes a private rooftop deck, a 600-square-foot swimming pool and floor-to-ceiling windows on the waterfront. It was described as a “Zen retreat on the water” in its listing.

According to Realtor.com, the house was built last year and was originally listed for $8.49 million. 

The retired boxer is reportedly worth an estimated $400 million, solidifying himself as the highest paid athlete in 2015.
