Ferguson Protesters Propose 19 Rules of Engagement, Police Respond
Officials met with reporters in Ferguson, Missouri on Friday to discuss their reaction to 19 Rules of Engagement proposed by organized activist groups. Ferguson Mayor Frank Slay, Executive county commissioner Charlie Dooley answered questions for almost an hour after their statements.
