You don’t have to always reach for the black or brown eyeliner. Don’t be bashful; try a colored eyeliner to really make your eyes pop. Find out what color eyeliner is right for you from our beauty director, Melissa Goldstein.
Her advice is to pick your color and refresh your daily makeup look: “There are so many amazing colors out there and if you don’t opt for one, you really missing out on a color that can make your eyes pop.”
How to find that perfect color? “Just think about the color wheel,” says Melissa, “your perfect shade is one that runs the opposite your eye color on the color wheel.”

Let’s see, how does it work:
1. For brown eyes, try blue shade eyeliner
2. For green eyes, use purple shade eyeliner (Tip: try aubergine!)
3. For hazel eyes, use olive shade eyeliner (Tip: it’s perfect to pick up those golden brown shines)
4. For blue eyes, try a copper liner
Try to put your eyeliner as close as you can. So start from the edge, and draw the line up with lifting it up a little bit. So don’t be intimidated by color, look how amazing end product looks.
