Eric Reid, the San Francisco 49ers safety, suffered an apparent concussion after making a tackle on Sunday night against the Seattle Seahawks.
He made the tackle during the end of the second quarter.
Reid spent several minutes on the ground before he was able to walk off the field.
He was taken to the locker room for further evaluation.
It is unclear if he will return to the game.
