Emma Watson told the U.K.’s Sun that she was ready to “start taking risks” as the young actress and her co-stars prepare for the world premiere of the final Harry Potter film.

The final installment of the Harry Potter film series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, will be released in two parts. The first part will be released on Nov. 19, and the second part is slated to be released on July 15 next year.

Warner Bros. executive Alan Horn said in an interview with The Times that the two-movie split of the Harry Potter finale would give “an extra hour and a half to celebrate what this franchise has been and do justice to ... the amazing story.”

In The Deathly Hallows, Harry Potter and his friends must stop and defeat series villain Lord Voldemort from taking over the world, by destroying his horcruxes, as they lose everything around them. Horcruxes are magical objects the evil wizard created in an attempt to become immortal.

Watson, 20, who plays Hermione Granger in the smash-hit film series, has been involved since the first film, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, in 2001 when she was only 10 years old.

She has been nominated for the MTV Movie Awards twice, and once for the Teen Choice and for the People’s Choice awards.

When not working in the Harry Potter film series, Watson studies history at Brown University in the United States.

Despite her success and wealth, Watson told the Sun that studying at Brown University brought her down to earth.

“My best friend at Brown has never seen a Harry Potter movie or read the books,” she said. “And one guy I dated didn’t know anything about the films, much less that I was one of the stars, which I found hilarious.”
