Design Recipe of the Week: Interesting Accents Make the Space!

When decorating a space, people often focus on the big stuff - like sofas, tables and paint colors. But what about considering the smaller things first? After all, they’re really what make the space!

In this room, we decided to use an interesting accent piece as a focal point. The bookshelf is certainly different from most bookshelves, and is both functional and stylish. Using a piece like this is a great way to show off your collection of best-sellers! To tie it all together, we used wall art that matched the colors of the books, and used a simple white desk and chair.
