A government shutdown has been officially averted. President Joe Biden has now signed a funding bill passed by lawmakers on Capitol Hill just hours before the shutdown deadline at midnight. And after hours of negotiations, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi delayed a vote on a trillion-dollar infrastructure bill Thursday night.
