Concerns are rising around how secure America’s government agencies are after a new Senate report found the average cybersecurity score of federal agencies is only a C-minus. Questions of legality surround vaccine passports, while New York’s Excelsior app is plagued by glitches. This comes as Boston’s mayor compares it with slavery.

A Republican senator introduced a bill that would require voter ID in any state that creates a vaccine passport system. North Dakota Senator Kevin Cramer says that if states can ask people to prove their vaccine status, they should be able to ask people for their ID when they vote.
