Democratic legislators introduced a bill Thursday that would add four seats to the U.S. Supreme Court. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says, while she’s not ruling out the expansion, she will not bring the bill to a vote for now. But House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy says the Democrats’ proposal should scare every single American.
