So-called Instagram king Dan Bilzerian has threatened Janice Griffith, the woman he threw off a roof at his mansion.
Bilzerian sent a letter to Griffith’s lawyer, claiming that Griffith gave permission for the stunt.
Video of the stunt shows Bilzerian tossing Griffith off a roof into a pool but she suffered a broken foot as a result.
The stunt came in the middle of a photo shoot.
Bilzerian, a poker player, is famous for his lifestyle as he posts many photos on Instagram surrounded by women, money, guns, and random objects and stuff such as goats.
“Your client should just box up almost every last bit of her property (please exclude all videos and photographs as well as the seemingly inevitable small yappy dog) and drop it off with you in safe-keep for Mr. Bilzerian. After he receives the judgement in his favor, he will have it all delivered to him,” Bilzerian wrote, according to the letter obtained by TMZ.
Griffith said after the incident that she was pursuing legal action and denied drinking or consuming drugs during the situation.
