Due to the harsh winter weather, ComEd has reported multiple power outages in Aurora, Illinois, leaving as many as 22,000 without power.
“ComEd said a substation blew. The power outage is affecting people on the west suburb’s Far East Side,” reported ABC.
Power has already been restored in many of the areas including Morris, and Liberty Square. Most of Aurora’s far east side is still without power, and ComEd estimates it will take another two hours to restore power to this area.
