Amanda Bynes, the former TV star, was arrested for a DUI, according to reports.

Bynes was in rehab months ago.

E! News and TMZ reported on the development on Monday.

She was arrested Sunday morning at around 3 a.m. local time, the CHP said. She was charged with a misdemeanor after police officers “determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance.”

She was held and released on $15,000 bail.

Bynes, 28, will has a court date of Oct. 23, the report said.

Neither Bynes or her parents have issued a statement about her arrest.

Bynes rose to prominence in the late 1990s and early 2000s on Nickelodeon shows All That and The Amanda Show before starring in several films. But lately, most of the focus on Bynes has involved substance abuse and her mental state.

FBI in Vegas raids home of hip hop music figure

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Federal agents raided a southeast Las Vegas home owned by a hip hop figure in what authorities are calling an ongoing investigation.

No arrests were made.

FBI spokeswoman Bridget Pappas confirmed Monday that the agency served a search warrant about 6 a.m. at a home on Oquendo Road near Mountain Vista Street and Russell Road.

Records show the property is owned by music figure Rashid “Mally Mall” Jamal.

An email message for Jamal on a website promoting his music wasn’t immediately returned.

It wasn’t clear if he had a lawyer.

Pappas says records leading to the raid are sealed.

Officials with the U.S. attorney’s office in Las Vegas didn’t immediately respond to messages.
