CCTV Broadcasts Propaganda Adapted to DC Audience

China Central Television, a chief propaganda mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party, began public broadcasts in Washington on Oct. 1. It is the latest move in a long-term strategy by the regime to change world opinion about modern China.
