Catherine Zeta-Jones shone with optimism at a celebrity golfing tournament in China today, while husband Michael Douglas looks after the kids in New York and visits his older son Cameron in jail.

The 41-year-old actress seemed determined to continue leading a normal life, despite Douglas’ recuperation from recent chemotherapy and radiation treatments to combat advanced throat cancer.

Dressed in a bright pink and purple floral outfit, Zeta-Jones looked to be enjoying a great day on the golf course at the Mission Hills Star Trophy tournament with the likes of Hugh Grant and Matthew McConaughey.

In the evening, she appeared in a glamorous glittering dress on the red carpet at Mission Hills Resort in Haikou. Prior to the tournament, at a press conference Zeta-Jones did not comment on Douglas’ health, instead saying, “It’s business as usual in our family,” according to the Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, Douglas is at home with sons Carys, 7, and Dylan, 10. He is also finding time to visit his son Cameron, 31, who is serving a five year sentence in a Pennsylvanian jail for possessing and dealing drugs.

“Michael is still visiting with Cameron,” Allen Burry, Douglas’ friend and publicist told RadarOnline.

“He’s not going everyday and not as often as he would like, but he is still visiting with him.”

Douglas was spotted walking his dog Figaro earlier this week looking rather frail, the Daily Mail reported.
