Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Sunday that a partial transcript of Mateen’s conversations with hostage negotiators during the Orlando massacre---the worst mass shooting in U.S. history and the worst terrorist attack since 9/11---will be released. She made the announcement during several appearances on morning talk shows.
