Becca Tobin and Melissa Benoist of Glee fame have responded to the alleged pictures of them leaking as part of the massive hack.
The leaked graphic photos allegedly happened following an iCloud security issue, which led to a hack.
Dozens of celebrities and sports stars have been named victim of the leak, though some have come forward to deny the photos are real.
Tobin took to Twitter to simply say: “Merry XXXmas!” a tweet that brought support from fans and colleagues. “Craziness! Way to embrace it hun!” said co-star Matthew Morrison.
Benoist also took to Twitter to tweet a link to a Ted talk in which so-called click bait news is discussed.
“My sentiments exactly, on so many levels, @sallykohn …incivility should not be supported. Please watch,” she said.
“Doesn’t it seem like a lot of online news sites have moved beyond reporting the news to openly inciting your outrage (and your page views)?” the video description reads. “News analyst Sally Kohn suggests — don’t engage with news that looks like it just wants to make you mad. Instead, give your precious clicks to the news sites you truly trust.”
