Twilight actress Ashley Greene, who turned 24 on Feb. 21, celebrated her birthday with her boyfriend, Joe Jonas, over the past weekend in Los Angeles and later in Las Vegas.
Jonas, the 21-year-old Disney star, threw a low-key dinner at STK in West Hollywood on Friday, Feb. 18 for Greene. He invited 15 of her closest friends and arranged for a scrapbook and a bouquet of flowers to be displayed at the restaurant, according to Us Magazine.
After the couple headed out to Las Vegas for the weekend, Jonas gave the Florida-born star a vintage Chanel charm bracelet, according to E! Online.
“This is her first birthday they’ve spent as a couple, so he wanted to make sure everything was perfect,” a source told the magazine. “He was really sweet and conscientious, making sure everything worked out okay.”
Upon spending an incredible weekend with Jonas, friends, and family, Greene tweeted her gratitude for her loved ones.
“Thank you to all my incredible friends, family, and fans for the sweet birthday wishes,” Green posted on her Twitter page on Monday. “I’m a very lucky girl to have you all in my life.”
In the Twlight movies, Greene plays Alice Cullen, the adoptive sister of Edward Cullen, who is the series’ male protagonist and husband to Bella Swan.
